<p>Internal healing is attained using traditional Thai massage with the integral elements called B gentle rocking, rhythmic compression, mindfulness, and deep stretching. A healing experience leads to the enhancement of the circulation and application of pressure on vital acupressure points by using Thai massage principles. Thai massage is also like doing yoga without any effort. To open the joints and relieve the tense muscles, assisted yoga Asanas or poses are applied. These asanas promote prana, chi, or healing energy for it to flow freely through the paths in the body.</p>
<p>The therapists use hands, knees, legs, feet to prop the body into a routine of yoga-like stretches and poses. Some common Thai massage techniques include the placid rocking, rhythmic muscle compression, and the rolling of limbs. These intend to relax the body while clearing the obstructions to make the energy flow. Applying variable pressure balances energy when placed along the energy lines or &#8216;Sen&#8217; according to Ayurvedic principles. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Power yoga is a contemporary, westernized style of yoga with the postures and philosophies being anchored on Ashtanga and Vinsaya styles. The two invoke almost all tools of yoga just like Asana or poses, Pranayama or breathing, chanting and meditation among others. Power yoga for beginners, though, may lean more towards Vinsaya or Viniyoga.</p>
<p>The characteristic slow pace and less stressful routines of vinsana or viniyoga make it an ideal power yoga for beginners. There is less impact on the knee joints because the knees are slightly bent in the course of the routines. This kind of yoga is even recommended for therapy purposes. Conversely, Ashtanga has a fast tempo, arduous, demanding and suitable for those who have already attained a high level of fitness. Strength, stamina and flexibility are achieved though arduous, backbreaking postures.</p>
<p>Beginners need not be intimidated by the asanas. Just choose the right asanas for your fitness level. One must, however, master a series of asanas in a routine to move from one routine to another. Power yoga for beginners can use the following asanas:</p>
<p>1. Yogi&#8217;s Hurdler Stretch This is a posture for warm up and works useful in stretching the whole body. This is done while seated. Raise left heel and bring it inward towards the groin area, while the right is extended forward. Reach for toes at the right leg. Stay for 30 seconds then switch to the other leg.</p>
<p>2. Bridge Pose This is effective in improving posture by firming up elongate shoulders, rib cage, ,spine, abdomen and wrist joints. One begins from a lying flat on one&#8217;s back. Bring knees pointed towards the ceiling. With soles firmly planted on the floor, grab ankles and bring lumbar spine in an arching manner.</p>
<p>3. Frog Stand This aims on the strengthening of the upper body such as the shoulders, arms and shoulder girdle. This is a modification of the yoga squatting position. Start with a squat. Place hands on the floor so that the triceps rest on the knees. Lift the feet while the body is tip forward. Stay in this position for 30 seconds.</p>

<p>Prana power yoga is dedicated to the study and practice of yoga as a path or journey towards a better self. Along with a music and the asanas or poses, the movements flow gracefully according to the pace set by the music. The studio can either be heated or unheated. While it can be as strenuous as standard power yoga especially when done in heated studios, the movements do not involve any extreme bending of muscles. Meanwhile, it continues to work within the body.</p>
<p>Understanding the different needs of people, most studios these days offer prana power yoga classes of varying intensities. There are routines developed particularly to respond to the needs of pregnant women and bigger children; such guarantees safety and easy-to- do asanas. Graded routines pose challenge even to the more advanced yogis. There is always a new and more complicated asana to learn, practice, and master so that even very advanced fitness gurus are still challenged.</p>
<p>Prana power yoga is even thought to be effective in losing weight. While executing the asanas and vinsanas, heavy sweating comes naturally as one vigorously steps up with the pumping beat of the prana music. The provision of a steady supply of oxygen is thought to help in the good flow of electrolytes and nutrients in the body. The enhancement of the metabolism and efficient use of nutrients lead to improved health.</p>
<p>Prana power yoga is a positive way to foster a good lifestyle as a whole complemented by a healthy body, sound mind and a serene spirit. A path which takes you to such positive life makes it a path worth traveling.</p>

It is modern and westernized; reasons why this yoga became popular in fitness centers and gyms around the world. The inclusion of an upbeat power yoga music is one of those modifications adopted.</p>
<p>Pranayama (breathing) and asanas (poses) are the meditation tools most frequently used in the classical yoga. Music may slow down or even obstruct the mind relaxation process which is essential in meditation so music is usually not prescribed. If ever music or sounds are used, these frequently fall under a different genre-natural sounds and music fit for chanting.</p>
<p>Sanskrit prayer is usually done in the opening of power yoga where chanting is used. There is a graceful vinsaya (movement) as one shifts from one asana to the next while maintaining the vigor and demand of the routine. An accompanying power yoga music helps make those movements flow more with fluidity and grace without much effort. The rhythm makes the movement motivated and natural. Power yoga is more tiring than classical yoga, and having music helps one focus more on the music and less on the asanas. If in classical yoga music takes away the mind from the relaxed state, in power yoga it is the power yoga music which attempts to bring the focus to emptying the mind. This makes it sensible to master the asanas. The mastery of the asanas will invoke focus on the music leading to meditation, and not on the asanas nor on the vinsayas anymore.</p>
<p>Yoga instructors need to familiarize themselves with the different power yoga music to help them choose the ones that will work well for their pupose. Using the selected music, an instructor must practice before introducing it to the class to ensure proper execution. The internet can provide many choices. You can decide on what you want when you have the choices. You can get samples for free. Be considerate of the music that you will pick. Being cognizant of the levels of fitness of the students in the class can help you select more conciously.</p>
<p>Do not forget that the power yoga music you need is something that has a pace conducive to meditation, but fast enough to promote the rigors that come with power yoga workout.</p>

The movements of the entire body are vibrant and energetic which is why the body breaks into heavy sweating. The power yoga poses also called asanas that have been based from Ashtanga and Visana are quite complex. The challenge remains since when one level of asanas are mastered there are more to learn in the next level. However, different from Ashtanga it is the power yoga instructor that is responsible in mastering so that it can be excuted. The power yoga poses are generally dependent on the level of fitness of the students.</p>
<p>Basing on the power yoga poses, what is a power yoga routine?</p>
<p>1. Getting Started All asanas start with warming up to get the body to be limber before starting with the tedious asanas. It usually starts with three to six Sun Salutations or vinyasas.</p>
<p>2. The Basics<br />
It is important to hold the power yoga poses for around three to five breaths. Each pose has different stages of difficulty, one must challenge oneself without going over the limits of the body. Each lesson should be about 90 minutes long.</p>
<p>3. The Routine<br />
To develop the routine, one must utilize a sequence of asanas that start off with vinyasa. After that, this is followed by different standing poses such as warrior poses, balancing and triangles poses. Then, floor work is done just like backbends, abdominal poses, inversions and then hip openers. The session comes to an end with seated forward bends, seated twists, supine twists and end in savasana.</p>
<p>4. The Personal Touch<br />
Despite the sequence in the routine, it can be personalized by choosing the specific poses one wants. For instance, one&#8217;s choice of standing pose can be Tree Pose (Vrikshana), Eagle Pose (Garudasana) or Headstand Pose (Shirshasana).</p>
<p>Finally. Each power yoga session ends in five minutes of savasana, or meditation. This may be done through doing the corpse pose (Savasana) or a seated pose like the lotus pose (Padmasana).
