Cut ginger into small pieces and then boil, add some honey or sugar to a cup of liquid and sip it or put in some ginger pieces in tea-it will remove cough.

Take a Teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix with a glassful of hot milk which should, preferably, be taken on empty stomach or else taken even 2-3 times. It will also cure bronchial asthma.  It will also soothe throat irritation and chronic cough. To have still quicker and better results mix ½ Teaspoon of fresh turmeric powder with 50-40 ml. milk.

One teaspoon of the medium-sized onion juice should then be mixed with one teaspoon of honey and kept for three or four hours. This recipe should be taken twice daily.

Always use hot water for bathing and drinking and never follow a hot thing with a cold one.
